At BuyResponsibly, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy offers you the flexibility to return eligible items within a specified period.

Return Eligibility

1. Time Frame: Items can be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
Custom-made or personalized items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at care@buyresponsibly.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is eligible.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at care@buyresponsibly.store with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Prepaid Return Labels: In cases where we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning the item.
