Refund Policy for Buy Responsibly

At Buy Responsibly, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below for more information on returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

3. Refunds

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@buyresponsibly.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].

6. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
